The Day that was
Role: Lead Editor
At MSNBC, I edited The Day That Was, a fast-turnaround digital series recapping the biggest political and cultural stories of the day. Designed for quick social consumption, the series distilled complex news into sharp, compelling cuts, blending soundbites, headlines, and archival footage with a strong editorial voice. The content consistently garnered hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube, helping to translate broadcast journalism into shareable social news.

Role: Videographer/ Motion Graphic Artist/ Producer
I also contributed to NBC Left Field, the network’s digital documentary unit known for its raw and immersive storytelling. I helped produce, shot footage, and created motion graphics for a variety of documentaries while working in the unit. The work demanded tight collaboration with producers, a feel for cinematic storytelling, and the ability to convey nuance without losing momentum.
