For this high-intensity program launch, I developed a series of fast-paced social assets that matched the energy of the workouts themselves. I crafted teaser trailers, countdown graphics, behind-the-scenes footage, and short-form video content optimized for Instagram and TikTok. The campaign drove major pre-launch buzz and strong day-one engagement. With two viral assets each garnering 1M views across platforms. With all assets reaching well over 3M Views.

BODi LAVA

To support the launch of Elise Joan’s BODi LAVA— strength-meets-mindfulness program—I helped shape a social media campaign that leaned into empowerment and aesthetics. We used warm, fiery visuals, inspirational trainer soundbites, and stylized workout edits to connect with our core audience. Our short-form content was featured across reels, stories, and paid ads. The programs rollout was a smash hit on social with over 4M views for our assets and 90k total engagements.

I supported the rollout of several other major BODi programs across social media, including Dig Deeper with Shaun T, Belle Vitale with Autumn Calabrese, Sure Thing Super Block with Megan Davies, and Chop Wood Carry Water with Amoila Cesar. These projects required versatility, quick turnarounds, and a deep understanding of each trainer’s distinct brand, all while maintaining the overall BODi voice as consistent and engaging as possible.

Sometimes the best way to reach people is through humor and relatability. I developed a stream of trendy content that aligned with platform culture while staying true to the BODi voice. From fitness satire to high intensity edits, these pieces kept engagement high between major launches and helped us stay relevant in fast-moving feeds. One series we called the 'Dead Body' series totalled over 10M views across platforms, thus making it the most successful social asset in company history.

To humanize the brand and build deeper connection with our audience, I spearheaded a mini-documentary series highlighting BODi’s top trainers. Each piece was crafted to feel intimate and authentic, with a cinematic polish. These mini-docs helped strengthen community trust and expanded the brand’s emotional footprint.
